Ganko Food Service Co., Ltd. [Case Study on the Introduction of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)]
Streamlining the food serving process! Increased service time leads to improved service and higher customer satisfaction.
We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of an automated transport system (AGV) at Ganko Food Service Co., Ltd. While securing human resources has become a challenge, there is also a demand to maintain the quality of customer service. Therefore, we considered automating the tasks of serving and clearing dishes without reducing added value, even with fewer staff. As a result, we introduced our automated transport system (AGV). After the introduction, the effort required for serving and clearing dishes was reduced. With a centralized control system, four AGVs can now efficiently navigate various aisles within the restaurant. [Case Study] ■ Background of Introduction - We wanted to optimize personnel allocation while maintaining service by automating part of the serving and clearing tasks. ■ Reasons for Selection - Focused on automated transport systems based on case studies in hotels. - Satisfied with the customization tailored to the on-site situation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
